Profile and Background
Joachim works in the field of litigation, where he primarily assists with shipping and transport law disputes, including cargo claims and freight forwarder liability in connection with all modes of transport (ocean, road, rail, and air), as well as marine casualties concerning both commercial vessels and yachts. Joachim also has experience with litigation of other insurance matters apart from transport law.
Joachim speaks the Scandinavian languages, English, and some German.
