Christian Vinding Thomsen specialises in Life Science & Healthcare, M&A and Corporate Law. With his more than 20 years of experience in the field, Christian is highly specialised in the legal issues facing the life science sector.

Christian has contributed to numerous transactions and capital raisings, including biotech IPOs in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and the the USA. In 2023, Christian was one of the primary advisors in connection with the first Danish biotech IPO in 5 years.

Christian represents both Danish and foreign companies in matters relating to GxP, Market Access and Marketing Compliance. Christian Vinding Thomsen also advises on commercial contracts, capital raising, intellectual property rights and stock market listings. Christian also has extensive experience with board work from more than 20+ boards, including boards of listed companies in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and the USA.

In recent years, Christian has also specialised in artist management, representing a long list of high-profile actors and musicians.

Christian was an owner and partner of the Law Firm of Bech-Bruun in the period 2014-2021, where he was one of the attorneys heading up the Firm’s former Life Science Team.
